In the matter if the Estate of Cleveland T. Hall Deceased. 
Notice of Application for Letters of Administration.

Notice is hereby given that Nettie C. Hall has filed with the Judge of this
Court a petition praying  for Letters of Administration of the Estate of 

              Cleveland T. Hall

deceased, and that Saturday, the 15th day of January, 1887, at 1 o'clock P. M.
of said day, being a day of a regular term of this court, to wit:of the January
term, 1887, at Wessington Springs in the County of Jerauld has been set for
hearing said petition when and where any person interested may appear and show
cause why the said petition should not be granted.

In the Probate Court of the County of Jerauld Territory of Dakota.

In the Matter of the Estate of Cleveland T. Hall, Deceased.

    On reading and filing the petition of Nettie C. Hall praying for Letters of
Administration of the Estate of
 
                       Cleveland T. Hall

Deceased. It is ordered, that Saturday, the 15th day of January A. D. 1887, at
One o'clock p. m. of that day, being a day of a regular term, to wit: Of the
January term A. D. 1887, of this Court at the Court Room thereof, at Wessington
Springs in the County of Jerauld be appointed for hearing said petition; and
that due notice thereof be given according to law, by publishing once each week
for three consecutive weeks in the Wessington Springs Herald a weekly newspaper
published in Wessington Springs, in said county.
