Wessington Springs Herald October 26, 1888
A LECTURE

    Will be given at the Seminary on Monday evening, October 29th, 1888, by Mrs.
Dr. Hall. Subject: "Lights and Shadows of the Black Hills as seen by a Woman."
The proceeds will be devoted exclusively to procuring apparatus for the use of
the school. It is hoped that a sufficient sum may be realized to procure a globe
which will illustrate the planetary movements. Admission 25 cents. Tickets for
sale at the Drug Store, also at several other places in town and by the
students' committee. Lecture to begin at 7:30 P. M. Dakota songs will be sung.
