Y.) Record published at the former home of Cleveland T. Hall has this to say concerning him. Cleveland Hall son of Nicholas Hall, of this place, notice of whose death recently appeared in our columns was one of the bravest soldiers of the war. He was a member of the famous 6th. Massachusetts regiment that was assaulted while passing through Baltimore in 1861. His body was filled with bullets, and no man serving in the army from this or any other section had a better record for bravery than did Mr. Hall, while he has been a resident of the far west for many years the record of his heroic acts while in the army will ever be remembered by his comrades and by our citizens.
