Mitchell Daily Republican
Dillon & Preston, of this city, have been retained by the authorities of 
Jerauld county to assist in the prosecution of young Solomon, who is charge 
with the murder of Robey or Rohbe, as later advices give the name.  F.M. 
Goodykoontz Esq. of Chamberlain, has been engaged by the defense.  The 
preliminary examination will occur at Wessington Springs on Thursday.  It is 
understood that an Iowa lawyer will assist in the defense when the case comes 
to final trial
