Drs. Boynton and Brown examined the prisoner Tuesday and pronounced him insane, the former having examined him four years ago in Benton county, Iowa, and issued a certificate to send him to the asylum, where he was confined several months. Bjelland raves continually and imagines that he owns all the railways between New York and San Francisco. He will probably be taken to the asylum at Yankton in a few days. - Plankinton Free Press.
