Walker and Charles Cogshall, claiming that they have been brandishing revolvers and ponies in regular cowboy fashion. The defendants were brought by Sheriff Spears before M. W. Young in place of Mr. Tofflemire, and continuance asked and granted until Monday next, at 10 o'clock, when the mills will begin to grind, the wind being furnished by J. F. Ford for the prosecuting witness N. J. Dunham for the defense.
