She expects to deliver a number of lectures in the county and will probably make her headquarters in this city while in the north part of this county. She is staying at the residence of Mr. S. P. Peters. - Dell Rapid Times ---------------------------- Mrs. Nettie C. Hall, of Wessington Springs, one of the lecturers of the W. C. T. U., delivered two lectures in Dell Rapids on Sunday, one at the M. E. church in the afternoon and one at the Baptist church in the evening. There was a good attendance in the afternoon and the Baptist church was packed to its utmost in the evening. Mrs. Hall is a fluent, interesting speaker and her pathetic word pictures bring her arguments before her listener with full and effective force. At the close of her lecture she called upon all those who would vote for prohibition to stand up, and it was encouraging to note that every voter stood up. - Dell Rapids Times File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/sd/jerauld/newspapers/mrshalla197gnw.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/sdfiles/ File size: 1.6 Kb
