Wessington Springs Herald June 7, 1889
Among the latest honors conferred on Wessington Springs is the appointment by
the W. C. T. U. of Mrs. N. C. Hall as State  organizer for Dakota, and Mrs. L.
H. Blank as district Superintendent of Franchise in the counties of Sully,
Hughes, Potter, Hyde, Buffalo, Hand, Beadle, Jerauld, Faulk and Spink.

We are glad to notice that an honor has been worthily bestowed by the
appointment of Dr. Nettie C. Hall, as assistant W. C. T. U. Territorial
organizer. Urgent appeals had come to her for work in the south-eastern part of
the territory before her appointment and this will make the call more urgent and
give it the sanction of authority.
