Wessington Springs Herald June 28, 1889
Mrs. Dr. Nettie C. Hall started Wednesday morning for Canton to attend the
district W. C. T. U. convention, which convened there yesterday and today. Mrs.
Hall is one of the territorial W. C. T. U. organizers and will spend some time
organizing unions before she returns, and do some good work for the temperance
cause and the Sioux Falls Constitution. The W. C. T. U.'s of South Dakota might
search far and wide and then not find a more fitting person for their leader
than Mrs. Hall. She is well qualified by ability, tact and experience.
