T. Adkisson, aged 46 years, 11 months, and 22 days. Mr. Adkisson was one of the early settlers of Jerauld county and leaves a large circle of friends to mourn his loss and sympathize with his wife and two little girls. Some time ago Mr. Adkisson had a severe attack of lung fever which left his lungs diseased, and last winter an attack of "la grippe" hastened the end. He was able to be up and around almost to the last, being in town only a week before his death. He was a good man, in favor of all good things. His name heads the list of voters in favor of equality for women, and by his death we feel that our cause has lost a true friend. His body was lain to rest in Fairview Cemetry [sic] last Sunday, Alliance No. 33 had charge of the funeral services.
