Married.
SMITH-WATKINS. At the residence of P. R. Barrett, at 4:30 p. m. December 11,
1887, E. L. Smith and Inez Watkins, C. E. Hackett officiated.

  And thus very quietly last Sunday afternoon di the long looked for event take
place, and "two souls with but a single thought, two hearts that beat as one"
were joined for life at man and wife. After an excellent supper furnished by
Mrs. Barrett, the wedded party attended church and from there went to their neat
little cottage, newly built and furnished. Thus two of our most esteemed  young
people have founded a home in our midst, surrounded by a large circle of friends
who join in wishing them many years of wedded bliss.
