Petition of Letters of Administration - petitioner Frances Platts, respectfully
shows that Franklin Phillips died on or about the 15th day of June, 1923 in the
City of Madison, County of Lake, State of South Dakota.

His estate consisted of money in the bank, Liberty Bonds and a house in Madison,
South Dakota. 

Decendent's heirs included Permelia Florance, aged sixty five years, residing in
Sioux Falls, SD; Adelaide Harwood, aged sixty, residing at Cordova, Alaska; Dr.
George Phillips, aged fifty two, residing at St. Paul, Minn.; Dr. Dell Phillips,
aged forty nine, residing at Miller, South Dakota; Eunice Morgan, aged forty,
whose last known address was St. Louis, Mo. and Ray Phillips, aged thirty five,
residing in Madison, S.D. and Frances Platts, aged fifty three residing at
Huron, S.D.

Final discharge of estate granted 30th September 1931.
