	FAIRVIEW. Pop 200. Lincoln county. An incorporated town on the C M & St P Ry 
10 miles s e of Canton the county seat. Has Methodist and Norwegian Lutheran 
churches, a bank, a hotel, a flour mill, 2 grain elevators, an electric light
