Has good schools and churches. The land in this favored locality is the kind which our Iowa and Illinois friends would value highly, for both corn and alfalfa are produced to perfection. Yields of 25 to 40 bushels corn per acre on sod are ordinary; 50 bushels and up may be raised the second year with little work. Some farmers in this vicinity are raising alfalfa for seed and making a profit of $75 an acre. This is the grain belt of the west. Plenty of moisture without irrigation; plenty of good water from wells. Population 200. Last Name First Name Business Agnew Hotel W H Agnew proprietor Anderson Lumber Co. J. F.
