Hayes Post No. 128 This post was first called Samuel T. Allen Post, and the name was changed in 1897 by unanimous vote. It was chartered July 1, 1887, with 13 members, and reached its largest membership, 17, in 1897. The charter was surrendered May 30, 1901. No reports were made from 1888 to 1893.
