GRAND ARMY OF THE REPUBLIC 223 CAVOUR Burnside Post No. 24 Burnside Post was mustered at Cavour January 20, 1883; Robert Barr Post at Winchester, N. D., was mustered August 25, 1888, with the old members of Burnside Post, 12 in number. Its largest membership was 21 in 1884. Horace G. Wolfe was its first commander and William H.
