	This post was chartered June 5, 1888, with 13 members.
It reached its maximum membership of 20 in 1892. The charter was

Daniels, E. M. Ireland, C. W. Whitfield, M. J. Stocking, L. H. 
Wilsey, G. D. Wood, A. Wyckoff, James Leak, Alfred Smith and N.
