Wall Pinnacle Extension Club

	The Pinnacle Extension Club was organized in the year of 1934. A group of 
twelve ladies met at Mrs. Helen Mayberry's to organize this club. Mrs. Vivian 
Smoot was the club's first president and Mrs. Eva (Sebade) Lytle was secretary-
treasurer.

	The club's first members were: Mrs. Rose Bielmaier, Mrs. Lila Jahnson, 
Mrs. Eleanor Lewis, Mrs. Elsie Connelly, Mrs. Hermie Hatton, Mrs. Clara Johnson, 
Mrs. Lillian Pierce, Mrs. Vivian Smoot, Mrs. Eva (Sebade) Lytle, Mrs. Anna 
Sebade, Mrs. H. Stone, and Mrs. Ona Van Vleck.

	The club's purpose was to improve themselves and the community. They 
sponsored many projects of which some were: The Teachers' Reception, Children's 
Christmas Treats, sewed for the Red Cross, fixed up a Community Library, 
sponsored 4-H Clubs. Took an active part in organizing the Wall P. T. A. and 
Cemetery Association; sponsored the Baking Contest for Wall's tenth of July 
Celebrations. They put on skits for Teachers' Receptions and to raise funds to 
help improve our town sites, etc.

	They attended County Council and Federation Meetings, went to Camp Judson, 
Women's Rest Camp at Nemo; attended most demonstrations and presented them at 
the monthly meetings.

	There were as many as forty-two members joined this club at one time.

	In the past year 1964-1965 there were seventeen members. They are Mrs. 
Bessie Bielmair, Mrs. Elsie Connolly, Mrs. Myrtle Clark, Mrs. Helen Eisenbraun, 
Mrs. Josie Hoveland, Mrs. Amanda Jarvis, Mrs. Sylvia Jeppeson, Miss Bertha 
Jenson, Mrs. Eunice Lewis, Mrs. Eleanor Lewis, Mrs. Bertha Muller, Mrs. Carol 
Paulsen, Mrs. Hazel Pierce, Mrs. Lillian Pierce, Mrs. Evelyn Strandell, Mrs. 
LuAnn Spence, and Mrs. Erma Wood.
