	FRANKFORT. Pop 428. Spink county. A city on the C & N W Ry 
11 miles s e of Redfield the county seat has Catholic, Congregational 
and Methodist churches, 2 banks, a hotel, & commercial club, a flour 
mill, 5 grain elevators, an opera house and water works. A weekly 
newspaper the News-Messenger is 'published. Ships grain, flour and
