In South Dakota law every person, firm or corporation doing a general business in the State, with selling or buying establishments in different localities, is bound to buy and sell at the same price, transportation costs considered at all of such establishments. If, for the purpose of injuring competitors, discriminating prices are made at any of these establishments, such person, firm or corporation is guilty and may be punished by fine and imprisonment.
