This indenture, made the 24th day of March in the year of our Lord 1885, by and between
Jacob Jenter and Augusta Jenter his wife of the County of Turner and the State of 
South Dakota, parties of the first part and the first Lutheran Evangelical Church of 
Centerville of the County of Turner and of  the state of South Dakota, party of the 
second part:  Witnesseth that the parties  of the first part for an  consideration of 
the sum of One Dollar to be paid by the party of  the second part has granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed to the party of the second part and to thier heirs
and assign forever a piece or parcel of land situated  in the County of  Turner and	
the State of South Dakota, described as Follows:

Commincing at the South East corner of the North East Qauter of Section 8
in township No 96 Range No 52 thence running West 540 feet thence running
North 208 feet thence South 208 feet thence East 540 feet to place of the 
beginning.  as a site for Church building and burial ground.
