I went to the post office today expect get a letter but no letter. 72-03-17 March the 17th St Helena Napa Co Cal 1872 Dear Fater and Mother I seat my self this Sabbath morning to anser your long look for letter. it came safe a few days ago it gave grat satisfaction to her from yo all once more. Sorry to her that yo and Father is so orley did yoo ever use terentine. It is good fore the lungs and inward we kness both on the outside. I take it al the time if I take cold I take turpentine and bath my brest and sids heat it to the fir go to bed it will not get anna worsed. it is good for my liver I pore a teaspoonful on at only when I suffered so much last winter. I kep a bottle of turpentine by my bed all the time and it re leaved me so much I lay on my left side six or seven weekes. my liver swolen as hard as a plate and as large it was the rhumatises in with my liver. I never exspected to feal as well as I do know. I still have rhumatism my liver is better I set up all day. I wold like to se yo all and talk with you once more in this life. I am satisfied this is the best climent in the world.
