Good Barn but poor house. it is a vary cheap place. I pay 2000$ down for it on the 1st day of September at which time I get a Deed and possession. I will have grass enough on the mountains adjoining to the place to keep a thousand sheep. that is the kind of a place I have been wanting a long time and if no bad luck befalls me I will make it pay. I have about 200 Acres of good grain Land on the place though I don't think I shall Farm much but raise Sheep, hogs and Turkeys. The man that I bought out as 1200 Turkeys that he has raised this year and this Fall they will bring from 1,00$ to 1,50 a piece. Eliza had a pritty hard spell of sickness a while back.
