Father and Mother received your letter in due time with GrandFathers picture, and will answer it in a few days. The Relatives here are all as well as usual. we have had a very dry summer, corn crops will not be very good, but wheat oats and Hay are very good crops here. I want you to write and let me know how many children Aunt Theny has, and their names. also Aunt Sarah's children and their names. tell all my relatives there when you see them that I would be very glad to see them or to hear from them. Granma you would hardly know me now with my Family. I have six children. my three oldest are girls, Named Mary, Alice, and Abbigail. my oldest boy's Name is Charles Littrell, my second John Harvey, my thrid Joseph Louis.
