Well I am glad to hear you got home all right.
O Just think of it.  one week ago tonight you was her and it seems like a 
month though to me.
Well I cant write very much tonight as Lizzie Rouse is here and you no how she 
is about talking.
She repeated a little verse and it was this
Glad folks old folks why dont you go to Bed 
your always painting bad things in the young folks heads
Well I was glad  to get those little letters from those precious little girls. 
 Well now I will not write much tonight as I have told you so many here.  well 
now I will close hoping to hear from you again soon.
Well I will rite a few lines more as they all have gone in the front room.  
Jess (or less)is playing _______fer them  it is ten or nearly that so I had 
Better Hurry if I _______ this so I can mail this tonight.  So By By.
