Dear Sister  I now take the pleasing opportunity of writing to you to let you 
know that we are all well at present and hoping these lines may find you 
Enjoying the Same good blessing through the mercies of our Heavenly Father who 
cares for us all I am glad to hear that you are Still alive and in as good 
health as could be expected of a person of your age.  I Send you a letter from 
Sister Polly Riggs.  She is in very  poor health as you will See from the 
reading of her letter.  our children are all well as far as we know.  three of 
the boys live on my farm.  William, James and Richard. and John lives in 
Ashland Ky and doing well.  Elizabeth lives two miles from Ironton Martha 
lives in Howell County MO we got a letter from her Son this week.  Mary 
Frances lives in Wayne County Ill and are all doing well.  We have nearly 
fifty grand children and Great Grand children.  I have for Several years been 
afflicted with kidney disease and rupture but I keep it well in check So that 
I am able to attend to my farm.  I have not heard from Brother John for two 
years.  the last letter I got from him he was in poor health and had rented 
out his farm.  please answer this Soon and give news direct to Dearing P.O. 
Lawrence County Ohio.  no more at present but remain your true and loving
