Harris Transcribed by Myra Bettis ELKINS CEMETERY - AEC # 46 Located about 1200 feet southeast of the railroad crossing on Emory Valley Road, about 1500 feet southeast of the Brummett Cemetery. On Tract D-358, from B. S. Elkins et al. Visited 1982 by Marjorie and James Parsly. This very small cemetery had the remains of a fence around it, with no identifying sign. There were no grave markers of any kind, and no visible depressions or other indications of graves. There is a large "blazed" tree just outside the fence on the east side. This cemetery is not far north of the old road which ran from Lupton to Union Valley Road.
