Harris Transcribed by Myra Bettis HENDRIX (RABY) CEMETERY - AEC No. 40 Visited 1976 by Marjorie and James Parsly. Located on the north side of Hendrix Drive in the Hendrix Creek Subdivision. on Tract D-348, from Parlee Raby. A small fenced plot contains one marked grave, that of John Hendrix, died 6-2-1915. This is the man who is called the "Prophet of Oak Ridge." The original small stone was stoicrt. Thc present one was created by a Jefferson Junior High School ninth-grade civics class, with money mised by Jefferson and Rohertsville Junior High School students and teachers.
