Tolbert SCARBROUGH (PINE RIDGE) - AEC # 65 Located on Tract B-131, from W. H. and Isabella Scarbrough. Attempts have been made to find this cemetery, without success. It is described as being in a gap on Pine Ridge, on the east side of Mill Road (probably the road which ran from Lupton to Union Valley Road and on to Scarbrough), about a half mile east of where the Kerr Hollow Road crosses Pine Ridge. Mr. Snyder said he has been told this cemetery contained tombstones for at least two Scarbroughs, one being Jonathan Scarbrough, bom about 1796 in Virginia and died about December, 1867.
