Frost Bottom Man, 77, Dies On Tuesday

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Firday for Pettibone Mitchell, 77, of 
the Frost Bottom Community, who died Tuesday afternoon at his home, Oliver 
Springs Rt. 2.
The Services will be held at the Friendly Welcome Baptist Church at Frost 
Bottom with the Rev. Ted Ellis officiating.  Burial will be in Black Oak 
Cemtery.  Sharp is in charge.
Mr. Mitchell is survived by four daughters, Launa Seiber, Ruth Mitchell, 
Bethlene Wynn and Leona Robbins; five sons, Hugh, Pettibone, Jr., Oscar, 
Arthur and Roscoe; sister Lucy Moncier; brother, Frank Mitchell


Additional Comments:
Most people called him Pet or Pettibone.  He was listed as Herman Pettibone 
Mitchell on his WWI draft registration.
