R. A. MITCHELL

	Funeral services for R. A. Mitchell, 79, who died unexpectedly at his 
home on Laurel Road here Thursday night, were held at Black Oak Baptist church.
	The Rev. Delbert Payne conducted the services, and burial was in the 
church cemetery.  Holley of Clinton was in charge.
	Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lawyouna Mitchell; three sons, Arthur, 
Fitchue and Hermon of Clinton; one daughter, Marie Thacker, Louisville, Ky; 
two brothers, Frank Mitchell, Jellico; Pettibone of Oliver Springs, one 
sister, Mrs. Lucy Muncher, Greeneville, Tenn.; and 14 grandchildren.

I've seen his name listed as R.A., Ira, or R.A. David, or Ira David.
