Bertha Sharp Hughes age 82, born Feb,10, 1918 to Parnick and Janie Foust Sharp 

at Coal Creek Tenn. She was preceeded in death by her parents, 4 bothers 

Luther Sharp, Lige Sharp, Billy Sharp also a step-brother Jake Hatmaker, and 1 

sister Alice Sharp Stradley and her dear husband Raymond Hughes, her twin sons 

and Raymond and Luther Hughes in 1943. She is survived by 2 sister Retha 

Harris and Annie Jones, she is also survived by her son Walter Joe Hughes of 

Florida and daughters Cora Fortier, Vivian Hughes , Helen Hawk and Billie Sue 

Pullens all of Dayton Ohio, and Amelia Smith of Chesapeake Ohio.

Additional Comments:
My mother was born in Coal Creek Tennessee in 1918 she was the daughter of 

Parnick Sharp and Janie Foust Sharp( who passed in 1921 and is burried in 

Leach Cemetery.
