ANDERSON COUNTY, TN - WILLS - Elizabeth Keith Taylor, 26 Nov 1895 ----¤¤¤---- Will of Elizabeth Keith Taylor, who died on December 10, 1895 in Anderson County, TN and is buried in Scarbrough Cemetery. To all whom it may concern, know ye that I, Elizabeth Taylor, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills made by me at any time. First, I will that my burial expenses be paid out of any of my personal effects that may come into the hands of my executors. Second, I will that all my just debts be paid out of any of my personal effects. Third, I will that my executor make public or private sale as may seem best of all of my personal effects, to the best interest of my heirs and after my burial expenses and debts are paid, the remainder to be divided as follows, to wit: To my son, Dr. Will H. Taylor, $400, four hundred dollars, it is for him. To the heirs of my daughter Sarah J. McPheeters dec'd, as follows: To Ulric S. McPheeters $25, twenty-five dollars To Clide, Walter, Mack and Torrie, $50, fifty dollars each To Lazoula, Dollie and Mindie, $75, seventy-five dollars each Fourth, I will that my executor put the portion I have willed to the heirs of my dec'd daughter Sarah J. McPheeters into the hands of my son, Dr. Will H. Taylor, to be kept by him to best advantage for said heirs and paid over to them as they come of age. Fifth, I will to my daughter Paralee Gallaher and her husband J. M. Gallaher $300, three hundred dollars. Sixth, if there is a remainder I will that it be put into the hands of my son, Dr. Will H. Taylor to be kept by him to best advantage and paid to them as they come of age as follows: To his sons Paul and Frank, one hundred dollars each And the remainder be divided equally between the remainder of Will's children, all of Parallee's children, and Janie's girls. Seventh, I change the above so far as to will to Geroge W. Keith my little black pony mare mule. Eighth, I appoint George W. Keith my Executor. Witness my hand and seal this November 26, 1895.
