I think it means he was a photographer. Pg. 208; sheet 105A Line 19 – 35 under the Family # 108 Dwelling # 108, the census taker has written “Poor House for the County of Bedford”. Not sure where you want that statement. Also, everytime there were twins, he would write twins between the first names. Nancy Newby
