Beginning on two black Gums on the Northern boundary line of a 200 acres Survey made for Thomas Burnam standing on the west side of a ridge running from thence north 54 poles to two dogwoods coming out of the same root standing near the top of a ridge thence West passing the South East corner of a 100 acres survey made for the said John Crossland at 32 poles and with his line crossing a branch running to the left in all 130 poles and cornered on Newton Pryor's line of Grant No 217 on the Eastern boundary line a white oak sugar tree and ironwood a few poles North of the Double Springs thence South with said Pryor's line 74 poles to the North West corner of said 200 acre survey made for Thomas Burman an ash and two Hickory thence East with his line 1320 poles crossing a branch to the beginning. Surveyed the 1st day of June 1808. Rice Hughes and S. W.
