This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Steve Carson carson@siggraph.org ==================================================================== TSLA, Bedford County Deeds, Book CC, Pages 174 and 175, 8 March 1832 This indenture made and entered into this eighth day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two between Pleasant Ewell of the county of Bedford and the State of Tennessee and Alexander McMichael, James McMichael and William McMichael of the county and state aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that the said Pleasant Ewell for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollards to him in hand paid by the said McMichaels at and before the writing and swearing of these presents the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant and give and sell and convey and confirm unto that said Alexander McMichael, James McMichael and William McMichael their heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land and being in the County of Bedford aforesaid on Nalls Creek and Noah's Fork of Duck River containing by estimation thirty nine acres be the same more or less and bounded as follows (viz) Beginning on the South side of Nall's Creek at the Mouth of William Ross' Spring Branch, running up said Branch to said Ross' fence to adjoin there with said Ross line to Solomon Kaol's Spring Branch to adjoin line thence down said branch to Noah's Fork to a White Oak and Sugar Tree.
