King Bedford Co., TN Bedford Co., TN Deed Book PPP, page 22 For and in consideration of the love and affection I have for my Daughter Nancy D. King wife of Robert D. King I John Gillaspie do hereby transfer and convey to her the said Nancy D. King and to her heirs and representatives forever as a deed of gift, a certain tract or parcel of land being and lying and lying [sic] in Civil District No 10 Bedford County and State of Tennessee containing thirty four (34) Acres being the Western portion of my farm in said district County and State and bounded as follows, On the North by D.A. Elmore, on the West by Jack Haynes and James L. Jackson, on the South by James L. Jackson and on the East by the remaining portion of my tract of Land. I do covenant and agree with the said Nancy D. King that I am lawfully seized and possessed of said land and will warrant and defend the title to the same forever.
