Haggard a certain TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, containing One hundred and fifty acres by Survey, bearing date the 14th day of July 1836 lying in said County (now Coffee County) on the waters of Spring Creek a South branch of the Barren fork of Duck river and bounded as follows to Wit. Beginning on a black Jack in the North boundary line of an entry in the name of Joel H. Webster commonly called the Well place; running thence East with the said North boundary line fifty poles to the North East corner of the Said Well tract; Thence South with the East boundary line of Said Well tract eighty nine poles to the South East corner of Said Well tract, Thence East One hundred and eighteen and 58/169 poles to two black Jacks; Thence North One hundred and sixty nine poles to two hickories; Thence West One hundred and Sixty eight poles and 111/169 of a pole to a Stake on the East boundary line of an entry in the name of Said Webster; Thence South to the Beginning With the hereditaments and appurtenances;--To HAVE and to HOLD the said TRACT or PARCEL OF LAND,with its appurtenances, to the said Samuel H. Haggard and his heirs forever. In Witness whereof, James C.
