A certain tract or Parcel of Land, containing fifty acres part of sd warrant by survey bearing date the 16th day of July 1816 lying in the Second District of Bedford County on the east waters of Sinking Creek a South branch of Duck River and & bounded as follows to wit Be- ginning at an elm & Ironwood?.
