Whitworth for 5 acres and entered on the 10th day of June 1818 by No. 10878 and in pursuance? with the provisions of an act of Assembly passed on the 22nd day of August 1822 entitled as an act of Relief of Jesse Hall and others There is granted by the said state of Tennessee, unto Jesse Hall assignee of the said Samuel J. Whitworth.. A certain tract or Parcel of Land, containing five acres by survey bearing date the 23rd day of August 1821 lying in the Second District of Bedford County on the east waters of the East fork of Ryley’s Creek a North branch of the barren? fork of Duck River and bounded as follows to wit Beginning at a stake and dogwood marked at a corner five- poles South of a spring, known by the name of Collins?
