No. 9589 To All to whom these presents shall come, Greetings Know ye that by Virtue of Part of Certificate No. 645 dated the 9th day of April 1813 issued by the Commissioners of West Tennessee to the Heirs of John Wilson and entered on the 26th day of April 1815 by No. 7828 There is Granted by the Said State of Tennessee unto William Harfielt Assignee of the said heirs of John Wilson a certain Tract or Parcel of Land Containing fifty three and one fourth Acres by Survey Bearing date 6th day of June 1815 lying in Bedford County in the Second District on the east Waters of Sinking Creek a South branch of Duck river And Bounded as follows to Wit Beginning at a White Oak Ash and elm the South east Corner of a Tract of Land in the Name of Tabby Boyd running thence South Crossing a branch in all 23 poles to a Chinquapin Oak Walnut And Two Ironwoods in the North boundary line of Said Hartsfield 80 Acre Tract Thence east With the Same Passing his Corner in all 93 4/10 poles to a Red Oak Dogwood and 2 Ceders Thence North 92 4/10 Poles to an ash Ceder & Elm thence West Ninty Two & 4/10 Poles to three White Oaks in Said Bloyds east boundary line thence South to The Begining With the heredetaments and appertenances To Have and To hold the sd Tract {72 Tract or Parcel of Land With its appertenances To the Said William Hartsfield and his heirs forever In Witness Whareof Joseph McMinn Governor of the State of Tennessee hath hereunto Set his Hand and Caused the Great Seal of the State To be affixed at Knoxville on this Twenty Sixth day of August in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred and Sixteen and of The Independance of the United States the 41 By the Governor Jos.
