To all to Whom these Presents Shall Come Greetings
Know Ye that by Virtue of Part of Certificate
No. 645 dated the 9th day of April 1818 Obtaiined from
The Commissioners of West Tennessee by the heirs of
John WILSON and entered on the 25th day of June
1814 by No. 6495 There is granted by the Sd. State of
Tennessee unto William HARTSFIELD assignee of the sd.
Heirs of John WILSON a Certain Tract or Parcel of
Land Containing Eighty Acres by Survey bearing
date the 7th day of October 1814 lying in Bedford
County in the Second District on the Waters of
Sinking Creek a South Branch of Duck River
And bounded as follows to Wit Begining at a
Mulberry and Ash Marked as Corner The Ash
Marked W. H. about South East of BLOYDs South
West Corner runing thence South Ninety Poles to a
Ceder Ash and Elm thence East one hundred &
Forty Two Poles to a Hickory and Three Elms thence
North Ninety Poles to an ash elm and Two
Ironwoods Thence West to the Begining.

To Have and To Hold the Said Tract or Parcel of
Land With its appertenances to the Said William
HARTSFIELD and his heirs forever.
     In Witness Whereof Willie BLOUNT
Governor of the State of Tennessee hat hereunto

To be affixed at Nashville on the Seventeenth day of
June in the Year of Our Lord one thousand eight
