This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Steve Carson carson@siggraph.org ==================================================================== TSLA, Bedford County Deeds, Book KK, Page 411, 2 March 1839 State of Tennessee, Bedford County -- Know all men by these presents that we Nathan Roberts and Jemima Roberts of the County of Bedford and State of Tennessee for and in consideration of three hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Richard Muse of the Same County and State aforesaid have Granted, Bargained, sold, Aliened and conveyed and by these presents do Grant bargain sell alien and convey unto the said Richard Muse all of our Interest that will or may acrue to us from the Estate of Michael Meadows, deceased, it being the interest of one legatee of said Estate, or the eleventh part thereof, Together with any interest we might have hereafter by any increase. To have and to hold unto the said Richard Muse his heirs and assigns, against ourselves, heirs, executors and assigns or any other person or persons claiming the same or any part thereof.
