Ready and Willis Patterson, deed to Isaiah Parker

For and in consideration of the bargain and sale to us by deed of this day
and date by Isaiah Parker to us for the following described land situated,
lying and being in Bedford County and Civil District No 22 and bounded as
follows: on the north by the lands of Isaiah Parker and Banks Burrow, East
by the lands of Jordan Hale and Isaiah Parker, South by the lands of Joseph
Parker, west by lands of Catherine Raney & Banks Burrow containing seventy
three acres more or less, we hereby sell, transfer and convey to Isaiah
Parker his heirs and assigns forever all of the right, title, claim &
interest we have in & to the above described land which is a three fifths
of the remainder interest to the following described tract of land lying
and being a part of the same and bounded as follows: beginning at a stone
where Isaiah Parker and Milly Austin's land corner in Banks Burrows north
boundary line and running south...to the corner of Jordan Nails
land...containing thirty four acres and forty four poles more or less...
