I Moses Payne Ju. of the County of Bedford & state aforesaid do hereby assign & relinquish unto Zebediah Payne of the same place all my right Title Claim & Interest to the following named property, to wit, one Sorrel horse that I brought home with [Caleby ?] from the State of Alabama one Bay horse also formerly called Micaja Paynes also all & every part of my household furnature & every Part & Speases of property belonging to me the said Moses either real or personable I have not heretofore mortgaged to the said Zebediah on the same occation in past & be it further understood that the said Zebediah Hath indorsed for the said Moses Payne in the Shelbyville Bank for the sum of 800 Dollar which Sum is now due & also one other note for 563 Dollar due the 12th July 1824 made payable in said Bank & known by the name of his old stock note & in Case the said Zebediah Payne should have the said sum of 800 Dollars or the sum of 563 Dollar to pay the said Bank for the said Moses nor no part thereof nor be dam- aged in no way whatever by indorsing in said Bank for the said Moses then the above obligation to be null & void otherwise to remain in full fourse & virtue in Law In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 15th March 1824.
