350) William Roberts to Willis Green for 100 Acres
This Indenture made and entered into this
Twenty fifth of July in the year Eighteen hundred
and Eighteen between William Robberts of Bedford
County and State of Tennessee of the one Part
And Willis Green of the County of Bedford and
State of Tennessee of the Other Part Witnesseth that
for and in Consideration of the Sum of four
Hundred Dollars to him in hand Paid by the
Said Willis Green the receipt Whareof is hereby
Acknowledged hath Given Granted Sold Conveyed
and Confirmed And by these Presents doth Give
Grant Sell Convey Confirm unto the Said
Willis Green his heirs & assigns forever a Certain
Tract or Parcel of Land Situate lying & being
In the County of Bedford and on the North Side
of the Barron Fork of River & east side of
Dawdys Creek Begining at the South east Corner
of Entry No 6639 for 150 Acres in the Name of
Andrew Erwin in the North boundary line of a
5000 Acre Tract No of Grant 231 Begining at an
Ash & White Walnut & Beech thence East with said
North boundary line Two Hundred & five Tenth Poles
To a Box Elder near the head Spring of Boyd's branch
Thence North Seventy Six poles to Two hickorys
Thence West Two hundred Ten & five Tenths Poles
To a Small Beach in the South boundary Line of
476 Acre Tract to Patton & Erwin thence west with
the Line of said Erwins 154 Acre Tract To the Begining
Containing by estimation one hundred Acres be the Same

Land Together with all And Singular the rights
Profits Emoluments hereditaments & appurtenances
Thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To the only Proper use benefit & behoof of him the
Said Willis Green his heirs & assigns forever and
The Said William Robberts for himself his Exs.
And Adms. Covenant & agree to & With the Said
Willis Green his heirs Exs. & adms. that the before
recited Land & bargained premises he will
Forever Warrant & defend against right Title &
Claim of all & every Person or Persons Claiming or
Pretending to Clame the Same -----------
