I Bind Myself My heirs Executors and administrators firmly By these presents Sealed With My Seal This Second day of February 1818. The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the above bonded Thomas Thompson hath agreed to Convey or Cause to be Conveyed Clean of all encumbrances of himself, His Heirs Executors and administrators the Tract of Land Whereon he now lives to Which this is annexed Together With all and Singular appurtenances on and in any wise appertaining to the only Proper use of him the Said Azariah Thompson his heirs or Assigns forever from and after the Death of the Said Thomas Thompson and Shall also permit and suffer the Said Azariah Thompson Peasably and Quietly to and take To his Own use the rents and Profits of the said Premises With the Exception of Such Part of the Profits as Will be Sufficient to Maintain the said Thomas Thompson and family his Natural Life Time & then the said Azariah Thompson his heirs or Assigns to have full and Peasable possession forever Without Acts or Molestations at Law of Otherwise Then the above Obligation to be Void otherwise to Remain in full force and Virtue.
