I Minor Wilks of the State & County of Bedford, for the regard I have for my 
four children to Wit  Eliza Wilks  Elizabeth Wilks  Mary Ann Wilks  Franklin 
Wilks  hath and do by these presents, give to the above named children one 
press  two feather beds with their furniture  one chest  which property I give 
to the named  To have & to (hold crossed out) peasably possess for ever from 
the claim of any person or persons by or from under me in Witness whereof I 
have hereunto 
affixed my hand and seal the day and year first above written in presence of
