Civil War Questionaire - Confederate
Questionaire contains various information linking subject to his father (James 

Herod Curtiss) and mother Teresa Mosely Curtiss and the Petersburg, Richmond, 

Tennessee area of Bedford and Lincoln Counties.Mentions his brother-in-laws 

T.J.Dysart (of sister Frances A.E. Curtiss) and H.C. Dwiggins (of sister Mary 

L. Curtiss). Indicates his enlistment in April 1861 in Sparta, Tennessee and 

other members of his Unit. Describes his Unit's campaigns and their eventual 

surrender and parole on May 9, 1865 in Washington, Georgia.
