Holmes GLOBETREKR@aol.com ==================================================================== John F Hall Will State of Tennessee ) Bedford County ) I John F Hall of the county and State aforesaid, being weak in body yet of Sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manor and form as follows, to wit, 1st After my decease I direct that my body decently intered Suitable to my condition in life. 2nd having by deed of gift dated eighth of February 1868 allotted to my daughter Mary E. Reed formerly Mary E. Hall her portion in full of all of my estate, Said instrument I hereby ratify and confirm. 3rd After my decease I request my representatives herein after named as Soon as convenient to collect all debts due me. and with the same first pay my funeral expenses and just debts and Second, pay to Mary E. Reed a portion of the amount I have left her as stated above, and continue paying her as fast as convenient until the whole sum of Two thousand and five hundred dollars therein Specified be paid to her which is her portion in full of all my estate to be paid her without Interest- 4th I give and bequeath to Jestanna? Hall, Joseph M. Hall, Jones M. Hall, Miles A. Hall and Lady U?. Hall all my land and other property not herein after disposed of to hold it jointly until the youngest of them comes of lawful age. As soon as any one of them arrives at the age of twenty one they may take possession of as much as will be their Share of my land and use and cultivate the same without accounting for rents and as soon as my youngest child comes of age my land is to be equally divided between all my heirs above named, Mary E. Reed excepted. 5th After my decease I direct my representatives to sell one half of my perishable property and the balance of all my is to remain as joint Stock for all my heirs above named Except Mary E. Reed, and should any of them marry? Then they are to have their portion of all my property on hand unsold. 6th My will further is that my representatives herein after named as Soon after my decease as convenient calls? All debts due me, and after paying my daughter Mary E. Reed the amount I left her, and paying all my just debts and funeral expenses , if there is any left either of money on hence money collected of debts due or from sale of property or otherwise Said balance if any is to be equally divided between my heirs aforesaid, Mary E. Reed excepted. 7th My will further is that my two youngest children Miles A. Hall and Lady U?. Hall have each two years schooling to be paid out of the rents of my land. I hereby appoint Joseph M.
